Wealth Gotten Unjustly Will Dwindle Away

Proverbs 13:11- Wealth [not earned but] won in haste or unjustly or from the production of things for vain or detrimental use [such riches] will dwindle away, but he who gathers little by little will increase [his riches]. (AMPC)

Romans 9:16 says it is not because a man was so smart or was so fast about things that got them to where they are but that it is God that shows mercy. Ecclesiastes 9:11 confirms that the race is neither to the swift nor the battle to the strong but that time and opportunity comes to all. The time and opportunity to know and accept the truth as the bible says and ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.

What is the truth in this matter, the truth is the word of God and in Deuteronomy we are told that it is God that gives power to make wealth. If that is true then to be smart will mean we stay on the Lord’s side for the power to make wealth. That is what it means to be smart and wise and not the ability to be able to cheat others or dwindle anyone out of their money. Being smart is not the ability to device ways to make money illegally at the expense of the health and well-being of others by making or selling fake products or substandard goods and selling them off as genuine products.

If you get your wealth unjustly, it will surely go away now or later that is for sure. So be smart, what is the point of taking all the risks and making all the ill efforts to get this wealth that will surely dwindle away? The gifts of God are without repentance. It is God that makes someone rich and adds no sorrow. This is the type of wealth I prefer. What is your stand?
